Description
The financial platform was created to facilitate communication between people from the client's side and company employees. This is a selection of all the main services, logically connected to each other in a real product, so that the company can advise customers, showing a complete site as an example.
The project started from production hell and underwent a complete replacement of the team involved. I was among those who took project management to the level at which the project got on the rails.

Problem
Often, clients come with a request, but cannot properly describe it in technical language.
Managers and business analysts have to describe possible solutions to their problems for a long time in simple words or with the help of abstract schemes.
Customers and managers do not always really understand each other, even if everything seems completely clear in words.
Misunderstandings lead to deterioration of relations and loss of clients.
Brainstorm
Question: How we can faster and easier present our possibilities to client?
Research: researched into different businesses where people sell solutions rather than finished goods (for example, from fashion designers, architects, hairdressers, restaurants and cafés) to understand the map of aspects and make a set of tools that can also work in our case.
Idea: How about the most detailed visualization of what the company can offer the client? For example, a catalog of possible solutions (in a restaurant it is a menu, in a hairdresser it is magazines with hairstyles and hair colors). The web platform can be designed literally in the form of a catalog printed on paper, but a more successful solution would be to show the interaction between various components on the basis of a full-fledged platform.
Solution
Create a large and complex platform that will contain a full set of functions that the company can offer.
At the same time, the platform should have good UX and as simple as possible UI.
The platform should be flexible in UX (it should be possible to easily discard parts of the flow that a specific customer does not need, or add new ones that cannot be dispensed with).
Must also be flexible in the UI for quick rebranding (must be clear in the use of the UI Kit in the design, and in the set of components for developers).
Enable customers of the product through the admin panel with minimal involvement of developers for a separate fee to expand the capabilities of the platform. Create a control panel connected to the marketplace, where the customer can buy new functionality, connect or disconnect blocks with new functions.
Conclusions
01
At the stage of developing the design of a new product, you can speed up the process by using ready-made catalog solutions, and be able to focus more resources on non-standard solutions
02
At the stage of the first meeting with the customer, where the possibilities of the solution will be discussed using the example of a ready-made, interactive, good working platform - this way, communication happens faster and there will be fewer misunderstandings
03
During frontend and backend development, you can also save time by using ready-made solutions from the catalog, paying more attention to its improvement and modification
